When a dispute occurs and two or more parties can not reconcile with each other, it is the time they think about the Court who will be the third party to resolve all the matters based on the regulation. To begin a lawsuit, it must be the complaint.
What is a lawsuit complaint ?
A complaint is the initial document a plaintiff files with the Court to begin a lawsuit. The complaint will list the facts of the case or event, what the defendant(s) did wrong and what the plaintiff is seeking in damages (typically the plaintiff seeks some sort of monetary compensation).
How to write a lawsuit complaint in accordance to Vietnam Law?
The complaint filed to the Court shall be Vietnamese and follow the sample regulated in Resolution No. 01/2017/NQ-HĐTP. Below is the English version for reference:
