2. Job Description:

2.1. Legal Assistant

- Support Lawyers and Paralegal to research legal regulations to resolve legal issues according to client requests;

- Drafting legal documents and case files;

- Communicate and exchange information with customers;

- Translating foreign legal documents and interpreting for foreign customers

- Job details will be discussed specifically during the interview.

2.2. Paralegal

- Support lawyers in researching legal regulations to resolve legal issues according to client requests;

- Drafting legal documents and case files;

- Communicate and exchange information with customers;

- Job details will be discussed specifically during the interview.

3. General requirements:

- Gender: Male. Graduated from a university with a major in law from one of the following four law bachelor training schools:

     + Ho Chi Minh University of Law;

     + Ha Noi University of Law;

     + University of Economics and Law;

     + Major: Law, Vietnam National University, Hanoi;

- Must have legal skills and problem analysis;

- Proficient in drafting document and communication skills;

- Able to work independently and with a team, able to withstand work pressure;

- Respect working discipline;

- Ability to express arguments (speaking, writing) coherently and clearly;

- Good writing skills, proficient in using common office software;

- Mandatory requirements: proficient in English (speaking and writing), no degree required;

- Experience required:

+ Legal Assistant: No experience required, training will be provided.

+ Paralegal: At least 01 year of experience.
